As a virtual office assistant, you would help coordinate business communications, keep project files up to date, assist with client reporting and communications, and help a virtual team stay connected through calendar management and task list organization.

As a web designer, you would work on designing and creating websites for clients and updating existing websites.

This is a remote position. Employees have the option to work in our Coworking office 1 day/week.

Web Designer Job Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to develop and document website requirements
  • Work with a graphic designer to develop mockups and concepts
  • Create and optimize content for websites using a provided content
  • Assist in creating and optimizing content (photographic, graphic, and written) for websites
  • Research and evaluate website solutions for clients
  • Plan, design, write, modify, integrate and test website functions

Graphic Designer

As a graphic designer, you would be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand graphics for the Narrative Marketing Studio brand as well as assist our Marketing Assistant and Web Designer in creating graphics for projects.

You must have a basic understanding of functional design and a flair for aesthetics.

As a content creator, you would be responsible for developing and curating content for our brand and our clients. You would work alongside our Marketing Assistant and Brand Strategist to create content that aligns with brand guidelines and strategies.

Content Creation Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
  • Attend events and produce live social media content.
  • Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc…)
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
  • Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.
